We want everyone to have the best time ever! Please help us make GlowJam a fun, safe, and welcoming event for everyone by following these simple rules.
GlowJam is peanut-free, fully accessible, and follows all Ontario safety guidelines for youth events. If your child has specific needs or accommodations, let us know in advance so we can help!
A: Yes! As long as everyone’s parent or guardian has given permission, it’s all good.
A: Any kid between 7 and 13 years old! If you’re in grade 8 and just turned 14, you’re still welcome.
A: Absolutely! Parents are welcome and get in free. If we’re really packed, they may be asked to hang out in a parent zone.
A: Yes! Adult chaperones are at every event. For bigger dances, we may also have security for extra safety.
A: Buy early online with a credit card, or bring cash to the door if tickets aren’t sold out. Grab yours before they’re gone!
A: Doors open at 6:45 PM. If you’re early, you’ll have to wait outside. Don’t forget your ticket!
A: There’s space to lay your jacket, but no coat check. Leave valuables at home if you can.
A: Yes! We’re 100% peanut-free for everyone’s safety.
A: Comfortable, school-appropriate clothes. No need for fancy outfits—just come ready to dance!
A: Sorry, no outside food or drinks allowed (unless for a medical need—just let us know in advance).
A: We play clean, popular songs (radio edits only). Song requests are welcome at the DJ booth!
A: You can only leave if a parent or guardian picks you up inside. Safety first!
A: Check the lost and found table before you leave. Items not picked up after two months will be donated.
A: Yes! Besides dancing, we’ve got fun games and prizes to keep everyone entertained.
A: Yes—staff are trained in first aid and can handle any minor injuries or emergencies.
